I think that I am going to start doing a "website of the week" post. I come across many great sites when wandering the web.

So..this week is going to be Pastor Ryan

I can't remember how long I have been reading his site or how I found it but I have subscribed to it in my reader so I check it daily. AND...BONUS...he is giving away a digital kitchen scale today...yippee Love blogs that give away stuff.

I might have to start that next week..going to look around my house and see what I can give away..dog..cat..9-year-old girl..LOL

Mother's Day reflections

Okay..so I didn't get a Mother's Day per say on Sunday and I'll admit I was a bit disappointed at first but after some reflections, I realized that by being blessed with my daughter, every day is Mother's day for me. After being told when you are younger that having children was going to be impossible, the fact that she is even here is more than I could ever dream of. Yes there are good days and bad days, but I would never trade them for anything.

Besides if I wasn't a Mom..I wouldn't get to hear things like this come from my precious child:

Nope...I would never trade being a Mom to this child for anything in this world. Every day I wake up and am able to hold her is Mother's Day for me.

Princess is 9..wow..hard to believe.
I splurged and had this cake made for her party.
Girls afternoon at the bowling alley.
Do you know how hard it is to find a bowling theme cake for girls???.luckily our bakery is FAB-U-LOUS..they did this from a sketch and the stars at the top were so unexpected!
