On May 9, 2000 at 10:24 am, we were blessed with this most beautiful baby girl. She may be 11 today, but she will always be our baby.

Dear Dr. Butthead:

I’m the human being who has to try to type your crappy dictation M-F. I don’t give a damn that you surf the web while you are dictating, but could you get your fricken brain in the program and DICTATE the damn report! I am tired of listening to “um….um…um”…followed by the click, click, click of your damn mouse in my headphones!! I have over 70 reports to do today and I get paid by the lines that I type…NOT by the hours it takes me to do them.
