Got an e-mail confirming shipment of something I ordered. This little blerb was at the bottom.
"UPS, UPS brandmark, and the Color Brown are trademarks of United Parcel Service of America, Inc. All Rights Reserved. "
I didn't think anything of it at first but then...It struck me...."the Color Brown" is property of UPS??...I didn't know you could copywrite colors!?!?
I think I need to get me to a patent office and copywrite my favorite color.."olive green"..or maybe "yellow"..or "sunrise orange".. wonder how much it would cost. Do you think crayola knows this?
