My sister...the politician

Well..she is not really a politician but has worked with many of them. She came up with a better way of wording things....

"This letter is hereby intended to be the official termination of the service agreement between (my previous client) and (my company).

This decision is based upon several recent events, including what (me) believes to be performance inhibiting and hypercritical corrections made by (crazy person). Also, our company is now deeply immersed in an influx of assignments from our long-standing clients and we feel that, in order to supply maximum customer service to them, we must downsize the number of newly acquired or smaller accounts. We believe this dissolution will allow us to continue offering the high-quality (work) to our long-term customers and allow you to find a company that will better fit your needs at this time."

Isn't she just the best! If you ever need a "politically correct / nice with a slam" letter written just contact her..

She will be know as "Sista of Her Wandering Mind"....sounds like an Indian name..whatcha think sista?..LOL THANK YOU!!
