woo-hoo

Down 5.5 pounds already!!

I have just by lowering carbs and choosing the lower glycemic foods. I have gone to gym only twice in the last week but did the Wii fit for about 30 minutes on 3 other days. It certainly helps that hubby is also in the same boat...sure makes it much easier when everyone in the house is following the low glycemic / low carb plan.

Woo! HOO...doing the happy dance..

Hmmm..I wonder if the happy dance will burn a few calories also?

Congrats Sister. I just got back on track this week. Not everyone in my house is with me. You know Mom dont care what she eats (lol). It does help that one of the officers at work is my trainer type person. And she puts me in my place. I have not lost any yet but I just started back.
